In October 2025, Raynier granted $50,000 to the Byerschool Foundation for the Laurada Fund. Named for the co-founder and heart of the Russell Byers Charter School, Laurada Byers has had to step back from her daily involvement in the life of the school due to her Parkinson’s. She remains Chair of the Byerschool Foundation. A Fund has been created in her honor to provide life changing experiences for the graduates of the Russell Byers Charter School as they begin to develop their future interests and goals.
In May 2024, Raynier granted $250,000 to the Byerschool Foundation to rebuild and reconstruct a play yard for Russell Byers Charter School students.
In May 2023, Raynier granted $250,000 to the Byerschool Foundation for school-wide safety and security upgrades for the Russell Byers Charter School.
In October 2021, Raynier granted $250,000 to Byerschool in support of their 20th Anniversary Opportunity Fund.
