Historic Seattle

 

In August 2015, Raynier Institute & Foundation granted Historic Seattle Preservation Foundation $250,000 for the operational “back-stop” to support their mission of providing below market commercial lease rates to community-based nonprofits in Seattle’s Central District.

In June 2019, Raynier granted $150,000 to be used for the Good Shepherd Center’s seismic retrofit architect/structural engineer design.

In October 2020, Raynier granted $50,000 for the Tenant Rent Relief Emergency Fund.

In October 2023, Raynier granted $200,000 for capital repairs and upgrades to the Good Arts Building.
